How to Request for a Sender ID
- 1. Navigate to the Message Button
On your dashboard, locate the "Message" button on the left-hand side and click on it.
- 2. Select SMS
Click on "SMS" from the dropdown menu.
- 3. Choose My Sender ID
Click on "My Sender ID."
- 4. Click on Add New
Select the "Add New" button to request a new Sender ID.
- 5. Fill in Sender ID Details
- Enter your preferred Sender ID (maximum 11 characters, no spaces allowed).
- Choose your SMS type: "Transactional" or "Promotional."
- 6. Click on Save
After filling in the details, click "Save."
- 7. Await Approval
Your Sender ID will now appear as "Pending."
For Promotional Sender IDs, approval is typically completed within 24 hours of your request.
