How to Request for a Sender ID

  2. 1. Navigate to the Message Button
    On your dashboard, locate the "Message" button on the left-hand side and click on it.

 

  1. 2. Select SMS
    Click on "SMS" from the dropdown menu.

 

  1. 3. Choose My Sender ID
    Click on "My Sender ID."

 

  1. 4. Click on Add New
    Select the "Add New" button to request a new Sender ID.

 

  1. 5. Fill in Sender ID Details

     
  • Enter your preferred Sender ID (maximum 11 charactersno spaces allowed).

     
  • Choose your SMS type: "Transactional" or "Promotional."

     

  1. 6. Click on Save
    After filling in the details, click "Save."

 

  1. 7. Await Approval
    Your Sender ID will now appear as "Pending."
    For Promotional Sender IDs, approval is typically completed within 24 hours of your request.
